The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) is the second largest public housing agency in the nation, serving more than 15,000 low-income households. As part of CHA, Kenneth Campbell Apartments is a, 164-unit, senior citizens building located on the south side of Chicago.

VES provided MEP design engineering for this 11-story building. Renovation scope of work includes upgrades to domestic hot water mixing valve and piping, relocation of existing hot water heater flues, sanitary stack upgrades, new corridor HVAC makeup air unit on roof, replacement split system AHU for 1st floor, toilet exhaust fan replacement, electrical power and lighting upgrades, and emergency generator ATS replacement/upgrade.
