Working with award-winning and nationally-recognized architecture firm Booth Hansen, VES is providing professional MEP/FP design engineering services for a new, 2-story, 13,000 SF private residence in Dyer, IN.

Within a gated community, the Japanese inspired home will be of two solid masses connected by an illuminated glass entrance. This design creates two courtyards, an entry and a private owner courtyard in between the two volumes.

The home includes an indoor pool and fitness center, recording studio, and sizable storage for a garment collection in addition to typical residential spaces.
